Who am I?

I am the one, the only, the amazing and incredible world’s best sandwich maker straight from a six-month journey to the Himalaya mountains. Just ask the Eskimos who brave the cold winters there. It’s so cold it’s rumored to be the only place in the world untouched by global warming.

Let’s Shake and Bake

This blog began as a website updating my music antics, gigs, photos and videos, but after many long years of being only a news reporting website, I discovered I had a lot more fun turning it into a blog, filling its pages with the nonsensical ramblings of a madman and going absolutely-freakin’-mental with the color options that are available to me.

This blog is the final resting point of everyone’s hopes and dreams. It’s a step-by-step chronicle of the life of a little boy who had dreams to one day be famous enough that people will make him sandwiches all day long.

Join me in this fantastical journey of mischief and mayhem as I shake up the world shake-and-bake style (you shake, I’ll bake).
