  6. haha, its really not that hard to learn, for piano at least…its all like, in order and whatnot ;) i’m really not to great though, lol. especially at the whole…two-hand thing, lol. oh well, i’ll probably do it justice(because i’m no where NEAR as awesome as Kym, lol)

  10. I’m gonna lower this down an octave or so and try and play it on my flute ^^

  12. Oh nice! Make sure you get an audio or video recording when you do. I’d love to have a listen/see.

  13. Kym Huynh on Sat, 3rd Nov 2007 1:14 pm
  14. Haha I can send you a signed copy too if you want you know ;)

  16. I had a sit down the other night to have a look at the piano sheet music to see how difficult it was to play. It’s actually not that difficult. The right hand pretty much doesn’t change all too often, and if you learn the verse and the chorus then the bridge, you’ve got the entire song down pat!

  18. Hi silverdragon124! Can’t read sheet music hey? Maybe a quick course in sheet-music-101 will fix that little issue right up. :) *orders one for silverdragon124*

  19. Kym Huynh on Sat, 3rd Nov 2007 1:33 pm
  20. That’s awesome. This is the first time I’ve translated one of my songs into sheet music so I can hardly wait to see how other people interpret the songs.

  21. Cool Breeze on Sat, 3rd Nov 2007 3:35 pm
  22. I would love that very much.

  24. conclusion: I got to studying the basics.
I can’t play it on my ukulele lol
gonna go get my guitar fixed.

  25. Helena on Sun, 4th Nov 2007 11:18 am
  26. Yah… *points downwards at comment* Almost ditto:
I can’t play it on my recorder lol forgotten how
gonna go get my flute fixed.

  27. Cool Breeze on Sun, 4th Nov 2007 5:17 pm
  28. I’m like the only one who doesn’t play anything.

  29. Cool Breeze on Mon, 5th Nov 2007 6:04 pm
  30. My brain now hurts from trying to understand what that means.

  31. Helena on Mon, 5th Nov 2007 7:44 pm
  32. Almost got it! On my hissing-not actually doing anything flute and on keyboard… except for that cool part with a kazillion B & E flats, and F natural. :D :o

  33. Laura on Mon, 5th Nov 2007 10:05 pm
  34. where is there F natural…? I only have the first three pages, maybe that’s why, lol. i can play it REALLY well on my clarinet…not so well with the piano part(playing lyrics on the clarinet, of course). I’m trying to record it, but i have a headset and it sounds really tin-y…:( i’ll figure something out, i’m sure!

  35. Kym Huynh on Tue, 6th Nov 2007 2:52 am
  36. F natural occurs at the end of the chorus as it leads into verse two (there’s one example on page two). Oh sweet you can play it on clarinet? That’s freakin’ cool. You’ll have to make a recording and show us when you can. :)

  37. Kym Huynh on Tue, 6th Nov 2007 2:54 am
  38. No kidding. You guys are the coolest. I can’t believe it’s actually going to be played on different instruments.

  39. Kym Huynh on Tue, 6th Nov 2007 2:56 am
  40. Just music talk Cool Breeze. :)

  41. Kym Huynh on Tue, 6th Nov 2007 3:00 am
  42. Hmmm that’s cool… a lot of people don’t play musical instruments. In fact, people who do play instruments are probably less than people who don’t.

  43. Kym Huynh on Tue, 6th Nov 2007 3:05 am
  44. Flute… gotta love it. I remember in grade 9 I wanted to pick up the flute but my school didn’t let me… they said I was learning too many instruments and doing too many other things already.

  45. Kym Huynh on Tue, 6th Nov 2007 3:06 am
  46. My guitar is at my friend’s house at the moment (I leave it there for them to play) so I’ll have to grab it back when I get a chance to strum this on guitar.

  47. Cool Breeze on Wed, 7th Nov 2007 12:52 am
  48. I can talk music tell you that! But your making it all ugh!

  49. Cool Breeze on Wed, 7th Nov 2007 12:53 am
  50. I have a guitar. It’s huge!

  51. Helena on Wed, 7th Nov 2007 7:56 pm
  52. Learning too many? Why, how many were you already playing? :)

  53. Laura on Thu, 8th Nov 2007 3:14 am
  54. haha my band instructors just look at me like “well duh!” whenever I say “ooh i wanna learn to play ____” haha, one of them finally just asked me to “Just tell me the instruments you DON”T want to play, Laura. Save me a few years.”

  55. Kym Huynh on Thu, 8th Nov 2007 12:16 pm
  56. Aww haha. Well hey… if you always said, “I’m not going to learn how to play this,” then you’d never learn how to play it. Thank goodness there’s a lot of things you want to learn… you’ll never be bored.

  57. Kym Huynh on Thu, 8th Nov 2007 12:18 pm
  58. Let’s just say… I was missing half my academic classes because of music and music practice.

  59. Helena on Thu, 8th Nov 2007 7:20 pm
  60. o_0 Wowness. That many? It’s like you were always meant to be a brilliant singer/musicy person and make people slighlty mad over your songs :)

  61. Laura on Thu, 8th Nov 2007 10:14 pm
  62. …Woww Kym, haha, that’s all i can say. So i’ll say it again, woww…..(yes with two W’s at the end) THAT many? insanity, lol

  63. Kym Huynh on Fri, 9th Nov 2007 7:19 am
  64. Now how big are we talking here? Cause right now in my mind… I see something at least six foot.

  65. Kym Huynh on Fri, 9th Nov 2007 7:19 am
  66. How are we making it alll… ugh? o_O

  67. Kym Huynh on Fri, 9th Nov 2007 7:39 am
  68. Hahah yeaaah… I think it may be up there somewhere in my biography… hmm I should really get that thing updated… it’s too embarrassing.

  69. Kym Huynh on Fri, 9th Nov 2007 7:42 am
  70. Hahaha… music is life… it’s true. It can pick you up when you are down, and change your mood instantly. Music is… AWESOME.

  71. Laura on Fri, 9th Nov 2007 6:34 pm
  72. HAHA! that’d be sweet…i personally am still hanging with my VERY FIRST guitar, which i got in…Grade…3? I think. It’s puny, and now i REAAAALLLLY want an electric one :( maybe ’santa’ will bring me one, eh? ;)

  73. Helena on Fri, 9th Nov 2007 9:04 pm
  74. I’ve always wanted to play guitar actually. but for now I’ll make do with *air guitar* lol.

  75. Cool Breeze on Sat, 10th Nov 2007 3:31 am
  76. I forgot how long ago I last looked at it. it’s 3ft 5in. I got it a long time ago.

  77. Kym Huynh on Mon, 12th Nov 2007 1:10 pm
  78. Whoa how cute! I love small guitars lol. My fingers feel uber fat on them.

  79. Kym Huynh on Mon, 12th Nov 2007 1:16 pm
  80. AIR GUITAR ROCKS! There was this whole article about an air guitar theft at my university this year ahah. Funniest thing. Ever!

  81. Kym Huynh on Mon, 12th Nov 2007 1:18 pm
  82. ROCK OUT WITH AN ELECTRIC! WOOO! Haha totally a new way to make yourself heard.

  83. Cool Breeze on Mon, 12th Nov 2007 5:12 pm
  84. ROFL. I must have been young when I got it.-Trys to rember-

  85. Laura on Mon, 12th Nov 2007 11:41 pm
  86. haha uber fat fingers eh? i’m pretty much stuck with little guitars though, i have such tiny un-strechable hands. its quite sad, actually…that and my freakishly odd fingers make it uber hard to play at all… :( but i suffer through it anyways, lol

  87. Kym Huynh on Wed, 14th Nov 2007 4:08 am
  88. Well if you’re having trouble remembering… it must’ve been really long ago. Or perhaps you inherited it from a rich uncle and now in addition to it being a family heirloom, it’s also really, really, really, really, ridiculously expensive.

  89. Kym Huynh on Wed, 14th Nov 2007 4:18 am
  90. *tries to imagine small hands with long fingers*

Are you aware… people with long fingers are really good piano players?

  91. Laura on Tue, 20th Nov 2007 4:15 am
  92. dude, who said they had long fingers? I said /oddd/ lol. And only if they’re coordinated(which Laura is not).

  93. Kym Huynh on Tue, 20th Nov 2007 12:55 pm
  94. When I first started piano… I was really uncoordinated with my fingers. It’s just something you pick up as you go along. :)
