Summer is Officially Here!

Well unofficially here as I tend to group together springtime and summertime. Today was the first real day where I woke up (in new bedsheets heck yes!) and the sun was shining directly on my face. It was one of those rare moments where everything came together perfectly and I felt better knowing that I didn’t need to brush my hair as it doesn’t need it anymore given how short it is now.
The actual point of this update is that as this year winds down to a close and 2008 is just around the corner, there’s a lot of exciting new projects that are coming up, which I am involved in. The album will be officially finished after a long two-year recording process, and then I’ll be traveling, starting my second album, working with a few different organizations related to the album and public media, starting my very own talk show and organizing a few different off-shoot projects to keep myself busy and out of trouble. They certainly do call spring the season of new opportunities and sunshine so everyone hold your seats because I’m shifting from fourth to fifth gear!!
A quick apology to all those who left comments, I try to respond to them all everyday but lately there’s been a big rush of comments that I haven’t been able to keep up by myself. No matter as I sat down today and replied to each and everyone of the comments. Keep leaving them; I love reading and responding to your comments!
Finally as exams start in the next week for a lot of us (if they haven’t started already), I wish you all the best of luck. Keep hard at it and then enjoy the looooong holidays we all get after a long academic year (or half year for you guys who start your year in June/July).

Well it’s coming into autumn over here… although half the time it’s cold enough to be winter…:P

Haha sorry about that. It’s warming up here and I sleep without a shirt when it gets too hot. I just jumped onto the computer in the morning to record episode 35 of The PPT Show and I just took a snap so I could post an update.
I would have been in amazing amount of trouble. I can’t even image all the naging! Sounds really comfy.

My sister does cheeseburgers with fries in them. Apparently it makes it taste better (otherwise why would any sane person do it?).

-sigh- Where did Pyra ever even come from? And Kym, DON’T sneeze on me! i’ve already been home sick with headaches like…8 times this year, lol. And this was actually my other, very camera-shy brother who made the disgusting sandwich. The one in my videos all the time is my step-brother. SPEAKING OF WHICH!(pretend to care, kay? lol) I just found an old holiday pic of the two of us in my old kitchen, and we were like standing there, and i was holding kitty trying be normal, and my mom wasn’t paying attention at first and took one of him facing the other way and so she’s like ‘ALEX! turn around!” so he somehow got his head the other way around (creepy in itself, i know…) and she took a pic like that, lol good times….(at that time, i was nothing more than his Dad’s girlfriend’s creepy little daughter with an odd obsession with a virtual pet site who did NOT see the fun in shooting foam darts at eachother or playing Halo. ahh, so much has changed!lol)

oh ok. A children’s book? I think i might scare all the little kiddies with my messed up life, lol. Yeah…my family is very complicated. I have two older half brothers (michael–made sick sandwhich, and bob, who kym talked to a bit ago on skype while i was emptying the dishwasher) a step brother and dad (chuck and alex–alex is a returning feature in my videos…chuck likes the chargers, lol) and a semi-but-not-really adopted brother who is also named Bob. My dad took care of him in his teen years because his parents were alcoholics…i haven’t seen him in about six years, but he’s still cool
OH, and then we’re left with me–the little tech-headed baby girl.
As for not having all the ‘akward growing up phase’…i don’t think i’d notice. but you’ll be proud to hear that Alex has adjusted to having siblings–we fight and kill each other as if we’ve lived together our whole lives! lol
oh golly, i need to stop tying novels, lol.
